BE A FACILITATOR NOT A PROVIDER

 Today  our first session of the online class from 9:30am to 11:30 am was  our optional , Ma'am gave us a work to do, writing a lesson plan and also do send us a model of it to note it down at our note books. We all wrote down the model lesson plan and do send back the pictures of what we wrote to our Ma'am for correction works . 

        Next session was handled by our beloved Principal sir , the class started off with  a quick recap of the previous learned lessons in which we discussed the skill of writing blackboard, then further we moved on today session in which sir taught us the sub skills of classroom management , the importance of being a learner before becoming a teacher  that is first  learn your student then teach them , he also explained the  advantages of a  positive  rapport created between the student and the teacher. 

     Then as the class further moved on sir  , explained how a teacher can  a facilitator  rather than a wholesome provider  and he also explained the importance of PCK scale in attaining the teacher competency, then how to maintain proper time schedule,  how to bridge a positive relationship etc. were taught. As the last part of the session the skill of closure was explained to us and do also  sir asked us some questions about the sessions taught today and also told us to provide a feedback of the overall session dealt .

            Some among us shared their opinions and comments. Overall the session handled by our Principal sir on the skill based on instructional design :an introduction was very much informative and understandable that we got the opportunity to learn the new aspects how to teach and what to teach and  how a teacher should be

                  Today our day at MTTC began with the assembly conducted by first year M Ed  students , as usual it started with the prayer , followed by pledge , thought for the day , news , and finally campus news (which was really enjoyable and funny too) .After the usual procedures of the morning assembly , a senior  chettan from the M Ed  association formally invited our beloved Principal Sir to inaugurate their association name  it was "AGNI" 2021. After that our Principal sir gave us a thought provoking speech about the Bamboos  as if of a continuation of the thought of the day . BE GOOD DO GOOD

 Today the first hour was handled by Joju sir , the class began with a silent prayer and sir started  with thanks giving to college union  for the video of yesterday (teachers day special ) and sir do also explained how and what a teacher should be ,then we moved with the discussion of our seminar topics to be presented and sir gave us instructions how and what should be added in our presentation and do also sir guided us to how to presented the seminar and some important points to be added while preparing for the seminar which we should kept in mind. DEMONSTRATION CLASSES

 Today as usual  our day at MTTC  began with a morning  prayer at chapel,after that we all went for our yoga session.  After the yoga session  was over,our seniors  took us demonstration  classes in which they showed and teached us how to take a class and what a teacher should be and how should we teach our students .
